Mysterious disappearance of Silchar student

Suroj Bhor, a B.Com Honors first semester student of Silchar Radhamadhav College went missing mysteriously after going out for tuition. Even though fourteen days have passed since his disappearance, there is still no trace of him. His father Sotyo Bhor is a forest guard of Moniyarkhal range and they live in a rented house in Silchar’s Ashram Road. On the morning of December 21, Suroj Bhor, left his home to go to Bilpar for tuition and never returned.

On the same day, Sotya Bhor filed a case regarding the disappearance of his son at Silchar National Highway Patrol Post. Coming to Dholai on Tuesday, he said that Suroj Bhor’s mobile phone was recovered from Sonapur-Digaru railway station adjacent to Guwahati on December 22, but still there is no trace of him. Suroj’s family members are devastated by his mysterious disappearance.
